Help With Endometrosis Surgery

For a couple of years my husband and I have been trying to have a baby. I went according to apps, to the menstrual cycle chart but no such luck, and I didn't think anything of it. Until I finally got a diagnosis for what may be the reason why I haven't been able to. Last year in May I had really bad uterine pain, which got worse as the day went by, I even had the chills. I went to my general doctor but he didn't see anything wrong, I went back to work until I couldn't take the pain any longer and my husband drove me to the ER were they found I had a chocolate cyst that burst open ... when the surgeon went in to take out the cyst he found that I had endometriosis which he took out as much as he could and my left Fallopian tube was completely destroyed from the endo.A week ago I went to do a follow up ultrasound and they found the endometriosis came back aggressively and found a 10cm cyst and a couple of fibroids. I am having surgery next month to remove the endometriosis, the cyst and possibly a couple of fibroids I have. I'm just asking for a little assistance as I still have a $6000 balance from my surgery last year. In no means am I asking for my complete hospital bill to be paid but even with my full time job and my husbands full time job - we're still struggling a little a bit to pay off last years hospital bill completely and I'm anticipating this surgeries bill. I want to thank in advance any assistance and positive thoughts anybody can give I truly appreciate it !
