Greetings friends and family, We would like to take a moment to write/say that we hope you, you're family, you're friends, & loved ones, are doing well, happy, healthy, & engulfed with love, support, blessings, and happiness! Life, as it does, has recently thrown a curveball at Aysa, and her family. For those who may not be aware. Miss Aysa has recently been discharged from Children's Hospital, after a grueling couple weeks. After many tests, processes, & procedures, facilitated by the reputable and dedicated nurses, doctors, and staff of Presbyterian St. Luke & Children's Hospital.
Aysa has been diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension, an incurable and progressive disease that affects the heart, lungs and Pulmonary Artery. For more information about this disease, please visit

A very rare disease found in children, even so. Despite the odds, & true to form, Aysa has braved it, and continues to demonstrate nothing short of resilience & strength, while exuding positivity! Fortunately, she is now home, with her family, beginning her road to recovery, and taking back her health.
Even so, there lies a long road ahead, with ongoing tests, Doctors appointments, and lifetime medication.
Throughout this painstaking and tumultuous time, Jeannine, Terance, & Aydrien, have been phenomenal as parents, and a little brother, each and every day. While doing their best to maintain their everyday lives. So, at this time, we have created this GoFundMe account, for the Freeman family, for anyone that is able to make this process a little easier for them. Any assistance you are able to provide will go directly to The Freeman Family, in efforts to help alleviate any financial obligations they will incur, due to Aysa's medical condition. .
