Mission To Africa

Last August I had the honor of traveling to Nairobi, Kenya with Be Free Revolution. I had been overseas before, but never this far away and certainly not for the role I was playing. When I was first asked to go I felt the Lord tell me that this was something I needed to do, something that was crucial to the rest of my life. So I went as the worship leader for the camp that BFR did for their kids in Kenya. If I had had the option to stay longer...and possibly not come back for a while, I would have taken it. Those kids in Africa taught me so much about the character of the Lord and how much he adores His kids. We witnessed so many kids coming to know the Lord, even climbing down ravines just to be baptized. My heart felt so much more at home in Kenya than it had anywhere else in a long time and I cannot wait to go back! I have to. 



This trip in August is quickly approaching again and I need help getting there! I will be going to lead worship and love on those sweet kids that feel more like siblings to me. We will be teaching them new worship songs, dancing and playing games, and walking them deeper into their understanding of how great the Father's love is for them.
