Impacted wisdom teeth

I was recently told by an oral surgeon I need to get $3200 to get my wisdom teeth extracted. They are severely impacted. And I’m facing paralysis in my face due to them being lodged into my nerves. As well as my top are in my sinuses and making me sick all the time. I’m a single mother of 2. So this money is nearly impossible and I’m so scared. Please anything helps.
