Shannon Foster Casada Memorial Fund

It is with a heavy heart that I have sad news. On Saturday, June 10th, 2017, Shannon Foster Casada and her fiancé, Greg Muirhead, were out riding Greg's motorcycle when they were hit and killed by a drunk driver. I've known Shannon since I was a little girl. I began playing softball with her daughter, Tyler, when I was 4 years old. We've grown up together on and off the softball field so Shannon was like a second mother to me for many years of my life. She was also a loving daughter, sibling, and dog mom to her baby Fergie. Most importantly, she was a loving mother to her children, Tyler, Colton and Travis. Shannon was known to be kind hearted, high spirited, and to give great big warm hugs, but she was mostly known for the amount of love and support she had for her children. She did everything in her power to make it to any softball game Tyler had or any band concert Colton and Travis had, all the while still managing to work, cook and clean. She truly was the World's Greatest Mom. It is at this point that I am asking for help from people with financial responsibilities that Shannon's family will now be facing. Tyler just graduated from Southern Arkansas University with a Biology Degree this past May and Colton and Travis are currently studying Digital Filmmaking at the Art Institute of Dallas. Anything donated would be greatly appreciated and will go straight to the family to help cover the memorial costs and anything left will go to Tyler, Colton, and Travis to help with their living and school expenses.
