Hoss's Road to Recovery

Donation protected
A lot of people in the Tarragindi comunity would know Steven "Hoss" Cartwright from his former shop Hoss's Foodstore, which was at Tarragindi Village for more than 14 years. On June 21, Hoss suffered an haemorrhagic stroke. Hoss was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he was placed in an induced coma. Since this time, he has regained his mobility but the bleed has affected aspects of his speech and short-term memory. He is a very lucky man but he still has a long-road ahead with rehabilitation and currently remains at the PA.
Due to Hoss's illness, the family has been forced to close their Homemade on Lumley business and put their family home up for sale. Not being able to work and the many months of rehabiliation ahead mean Hoss's family will be under increasing financial pressure. Hoss's gorgeous wife Michelle works part-time as a primary school teacher and they have two beautiful boys Samuel, 13, at Mount Gravatt State High School and Toby, 10, at Wellers Hill State School . I've started this Go Fund Me campaign to help alleviate a little bit of the financial strain for Hoss's family while he goes through rehabiliation. We hope to see him back on his feet and making a full recovery as soon as possible.
