Please Help Diesel!!!

Diesel is a 6 year old Bernese Mountain dog, that recently has been experiencing difficulty with his rear legs. He has been seen by a neurologist and received an MRI. this showed a herniated disk and a small mass. The mass was aspirated and probable benign but still needs to removed during his back decompression surgery. This surgery is very expensive and have hit his families hard. Their other Bernese Mountain dog has a rare Autoimmune disease which requires monthly medications. The recent medical situation with Diesel has strapped them financially any help would be greatly appreciated.
