Save my dog

My beautiful puppy, April, turned 2 on Dec 14, 2019. She is such a loved and needed member of our home. My children and I have been through so much and we're struggling just to get by. Christmas was given to us by friends and strangers and of course April had a stocking too.  On Dec 28 she screamed. Now she's a dramatic dog so that in itself was not a huge concern but then her neck was having muscle spasms and she was super tense. Off to the vet I took her where she was diagnosed with a suspected slipped disc. We took her home with anti-inflammatory medication and instructions for strict rest. We followed them and then on Dec 30 she screamed in her crate and it went from a concern to a big deal. She will likely need surgery to correct whatever is the problem and I don't have the means or the ability to pay for this.  I am willing to surrender to someone who can pay if thats what it takes but I am hoping the kindness of strangers prevails and she is able to stay with her family.  If we don't make the goal amount and we end up having to surrender all money raised will go with her to pay for her care.  Above all, she is so very young, we want her to have a chance to live. The worst case is one we are trying so desperately to prevent.  The tears are falling here, the kids need and love their dog so very much. Please help if you can.
