Real Help Needed.

In July, 2017, my state stipend was delayed as the Agency For Persons With Disabilities  (APD) was reconciling its fiscal year expense calculations. Since I had checks already in the mail, payments were debited from my account w/ many large overdraft fees added. As anyone who has been hit w/ overdraft charges will know, those charges make it harder to pay your next month's bills. Because I live on a fixed (SSA) income, it is doubly hard for me. I have spent the last six months trying to earn enough money to make up the cascade effect of ever-increasing overdraft fees on my regular bills because of the State's late assistance payments. I am now forced to turn to you for help in this desperate situation as I am now a month behind in my rent & my electric service is facing disconnection because it has become so much in arrears.  So, w/ a smile , I am wishing for a Chanukah & Christmas miracle.
