My knees don't work!!

Hi! My name is Odin! I am a 2 year old Rottweiler who loves raw hides and people! When I was 1 year old I was diagnosed with severe arthritis in all four feet and my knees! I can't go on walks anymore because I am in so much pain afterwards, I cry! Mommy has to help me in and out of the car as well as getting up onto the bed so we can snuggle. On nights that I am in too much pain she has to help me outside so I can go potty. She wants to get my knees fixed but we found out it will cost $3,500.00 PER KNEE! Mom is a full time student and can't afford all of it herself and the vet told us the longer we wait the success rate of the surgery will decline. I have seen those doggy wheel chairs and they are not my style! Will you help me?
