Dear friends and family of the Shafer family,
We are here today to ask for your love, support, and assistance. We are heartbroken to tell you that our dear sister Brenda has recently been diagnosed with stage III cervical cancer. She needs a combination of chemo and radiation therapy, as well as multiple costly PET scans.
Brenda is an amazing mother to a six-year-old boy named Reese and a wonderful wife to her husband, Michael.
All of the money donated will go directly to the Shafer family to help cover the costs for treatment and family support.

10/7/20: Brenda has been diagnosed with stage III cervical cancer after undergoing a PET scan. Next week, she will begin a round of chemo, which will last at least three months and be administered every three weeks.
