Help bring my dog Parasy home

I found Parasy as a three month old puppy scrounging through a trash pit trying to find food to survive. I had just arrived in the village I would be spending the next 2 years of my Peace Corps service and was already emotionally lost and lonely. Adopting her and giving her a home was the best thing that has ever happened to me. In times of sadness, isolation, and confusion as to what I really had gotten myself into, she kept me sane. In times of happiness, she celebrated with me and danced to music around my house. She is my child. My pride and joy. Half of me. I can't imagine returning to the States without her, but the cost in doing so might keep her here.
