Dear Friends, As you already know, my mother, Mrs. Vlasova Liliya, has been arrested and kept in jail for her participation in the Coordination Council of the Belarusian opposition. My mom and I are subject to criminal prosecution officially against tax fraud. The incriminated damage is around 200 K EUR to be paid to the state budget to free Mrs. Vlasova from jail.
