Help Launch Ollie’s Rolling Bites — Rolling Out Flavors, One Bite at a Time

Hi, I’m Chase — a chef and entrepreneur based in Sarasota and Bradenton, Florida. I’m launching Ollie’s Rolling Bites, a food truck that’s all about serving joy. It’s my way of bringing restaurant-quality flavor, home-style comfort, and peace to the streets and mouths of people across Florida — starting right here in Sarasota and Bradenton. One bite at a time.

After years of culinary experience and months of planning, I’ve developed a full business model, investor presentation, and financial roadmap. Now, I’m raising $40,000 to cover startup costs — including the truck, kitchen equipment, permits, branding, and initial inventory.

This isn’t just about great food. It’s about:

- Tapping into Sarasota and Bradenton’s growing food truck scene

- Meeting high demand for mobile catering at weddings, breweries, and festivals

- Building a flexible, low-overhead business with direct customer engagement

- Laying the foundation for expansion into nearby cities, seasonal pop-ups, and a future restaurant

I’m not asking for handouts — I’m inviting you to be part of something special from the ground up. Every contribution, big or small, helps bring Ollie’s Rolling Bites to life. And if you have questions or want to see the plan, I’m happy to share my PowerPoint deck and financial spreadsheets.

Thank you for believing in local dreams, good food, and community-first business. I’m deeply grateful for your support.
