Help Dan Fight Cancer

My friend Dan has bone cancer. He has quietly been fighting it for almost three years - first in his jaw, then his esophagus, and now in his stomach. Each time he got it into remission, it popped up somewhere else in his body.

The entire time he was going through chemo and radiation he has had to keep working full time to pay for his care and to support his daughter, most recently as a laborer in a lumber yard. He just lost his health insurance, and is in a really tough place. Bills are piling up for ongoing chemo, radiation, childcare, and $7,500 for his next surgery to remove a tumor and put in an aluminium plate to protect his liver.

Anything you can do to support him until he's recovered would mean a lot.
