Jonathan, your name means "gift of god" and that is exactly what you are, a gift! Your presence was a gift to this world. Your smile brightened up the lives of everyone you embraced and you brought us overwhelming joy and happiness. You faced that battle with heroic courage and bravery. Your spirit did not bend, and still you kept on fighting until the very end. You will always be our brave little hero!
