Ecuador Earthquake fund

Hey guys my name is Samantha Bravo and I am originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador but now live in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
My extended family and their family friends are affected as well as others in the Ecuador community that is why I made this fund.
My mother is actually down there as we speak and once I withdraw the money in the states I will transfer the money to my mom. My mom will then give the money to my aunt who is running a bigger organization through her college. She will then use the money to pay for tons of water and food because supplies are limited. Her college will personally deliver the supplies to families in the streets in the ruin areas.
The reason for this gofundme is to help those back at home in Ecuador. Please read further this is from my mother, Paola Shenk, that is currently in Ecuador.
"Hi everyone, I am sorry I have not been able to answer to you all personally but I do appreciate your concern and care for me. It is one of the scariest moments in your life to see how fragile life is and could be taken in a second by nature and there is nothing else you can do. I was in peace throughout that 55 seconds 7.8 earthquake. I only knew that regardless of whatever could happen it was going to be ok.
That doesn't mean no tragedy for me, just that it was ok. I knew my family were going to be fine and my friends will be fine too... And that 55 secs I will never forget. It connected me with something out of myself and I knew I was safe with God whatever the result was at the end. I want to believe that it was the nearest I have been with God for a while and which I will always treasure . I treasure more than ever your Love and care for me and the few seconds I am in this lifetime around you all.
I am fine. Who are not fine are thousands of Ecuadorian that are living tragedy. If you want to help me you will do it by helping my fellow ecuadorians. I encourage you guys to donate however you can. If you are interested I can find out an easy way to do it or I can create a gofundme which I can directly give it to my sister which she is organizing collections through her university. Anything you can do, will help me help them. With all my love :)"
So if could please donate it will be really helpful because a lot of people are struggling with finding a place to stay or with just food. It does not have to be a lot but $5 will go a long way.
