Please help me get to my kids

Three months ago, my ex-fiancee took off to California with my two boys, one almost 4, one only 4 months old, she was supposed to be visiting family for a month but never came back. Just because our relationship was tough and hadn't worked doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to be near my children, she now makes it hard for me to talk to or see them... I love my boys, I've hardly even been able to see my newborn because he was only a month old when she left. My four year old is my best friend, as I am his, and it absolutely breaks my heart to be so far from him. I was left here with every financial obligation we had picked up in the last five years and no way to get out west to go be with my kids, I'm stuck. Rather than start a coast to coast custody battle and have my boys dragged back and forth I am trying to be patient and keep things as civil as possible for them while trying everything I can to temporarily relocate and fight for them there. Not only is it a huge move, but I will be starting with nothing out there, I am coming to terms with the fact that I need all the help I can get. I love my boys more than anything in the world, have been a good father and will continue to be, I just need to be near them.

They are my life, my reason to fight, and I love them with all I am.

I miss them.
