Help Team Hampton Avoid Homelessness

A year ago T & I were in a massive, life changing car accident, right after T & I juat landed new jobs after three months of being unemployed. This ate through our baby savings account. And fast.

I then  lost my job due to missing too much work (a month out for the surgeries etc, then multiple days a week leaving for therapies and pt and drs)and not qualifying to fmla. Then we were a one income family, again.

Then T was laid off in December. Ever since T was laid off we have been fighting an uphill battle to stay a float.

His unemployment took months to come in, and is hardly enough to make ends meet. Job interview and applications have gotten nowhere for months. My job has been barely covering rent. Increased electric bills from the winter  and car repairs have ate every penny it seems.

We are being evicted now. We have until June 6th to be out acording to papers we got this weekend.

We need either the money to pay that off. Or money to get a storage unit and long term hotel stay for us to get on our feet.

Due to parenting plan we cannot just move home to family in other states.

Please help us! We know lots of people, and we know money is tight, but if you could even spread the word, and chip in 20$ i know we can get enough to stay the eviction!

Past due rent, nsf, late fees, laywers fees from last time we pulled us out of this process and now new lawyers fees have made this seem impossible!

I give back as much as i can through my probono and sliding scale birth and postpartum doula services.

I'm a nanny, i work with children shaping kind respectful people for the future.
