<div>Most of you know me as a do-er, a learner, and someone who doesn’t let grass grow under her feet. For the past seven years since my first breast cancer diagnosis, I’ve been on a mission to do all the right things. I’ve eaten the kale, tracked the labs, moved my body, learned from the best, and built a life that I love around my family and my work with Faith Through Fire.

<div>But cancer is, apparently, not a big fan of my plans. Recent scans show I have cancer again (yep, it’s and apparently making itself at home), and the doctors are stumped. On paper and in person, I look like a healthy (almost) 40-year-old. My labs look good. But my PET scan tells a very different story.

<div>Right now, we don’t know if this cancer started in my ovary, breast, or somewhere else. What we do know is that it’s here, it’s serious, and I am in the fight for my life.

<div><strong>What I’m Doing About It</strong>
</div>
<div>Let me be clear: I am not letting this diagnosis steal my joy, and I’m not handing over my future without a fight. I’m focused on healing—physically, emotionally, spiritually. I’m building a team of care providers who understand that “conventional” and “holistic” can work together. I’m researching, learning, and advocating for myself, as always.

<div>Some of the most promising treatments and therapies aren’t covered by insurance. These include integrative providers, off-label drug combinations, holistic therapies, and root-cause testing. I want to give my body every possible chance—not just to survive, but to thrive.
