Desperate For Help

My family and I were celebrating the start of summer vacation. We went to Blue Springs in High Springs, FL. Unfortunately, I had an accident. I fell off of a dock into shallow water. I have an open compound fracture that will require multiple surgeries. I am a stay at home mom with 4 young children. My husband, Sean, is the only one that works. He had to take an unpaid leave of absence from work for an undetermined amount of time while I'm in the hospital and during my recovery since we don't have anyone to help us with our children. I'm now at Shands of Gainesville about an hour and a half away from home. I hate to set one of these things up and ask for help, but I really don't know what else to do. I don't know how we're going to pay our bills, buy groceries, put gas in the car, etc. I'm really not expecting much from this. I'm just desperate for help. So please, if anyone can help in anyway even if you just want to help out with the kids or just come visit me since I'm all alone out here, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
