Solara

Solara Mia Ashton was born a healthy happy baby. At four months old her father (Ace) was changing her diaper and out of the blue she began to have a seizure. In that moment Ace and Lara's (mother) world changed forever. Ace is grateful to have a job and insurance but the sad reality is insurance only covers so much. Solara has spent over 4 weeks in the hospital. She has regressed such that she no longer laughs, cries or can hold her head up at ten months. She will need extensive medical care and rehabilitation and the bills will just continue to pile up. We as a family aren't asking for the world just that one day Solara will be able to live a life that sometimes is taken for granted. The first step is to hold her head up for ten seconds within the next six months. We feel helpless so were are simply holding out our arms and asking for help and all of it counts, all of it matters, and we are grateful for any amount.
