Hurricane Dorian Relief

As a follow up to the email I received "Response Required" with respect to the beneficiary and the "hold status", I am hereby providing the requested information as directed.

Emile Jarrett is the beneficiary. He is my brother and manager of  Seabreeze Vacation Villas in Freeport Bahamas. When I added him as beneficiary, he accepted the request and entered his information and ITIN (965-95-9354).  He explained that there wasn't a field for ITIN, just SSN and at the end of the data entry process, an error message "oops something went wrong" appeared on the screen.

Emile Jarrett, at the request of past patrons of the resort property who was offering assistance, asked me to  have this account setup. He will be responsible for effecting repairs to the property as well as assisting staff members who suffered the loss of family , homes, motor vehicles and employment as a result of Hurricane Dorian.

We appreciate your assistance is allowing him to withdraw funds.
