Blessings For Eli

Hi, many friends & family probably already know, but for those who are unaware, our 2 year old nephew Elijah Nix, (Jon's oldest brother's son) was having problems keeping his balance & was diagnosed last week with a Brain Tumor on his cerebellum. His Mom & Dad, Erica & Justin Nix, decided to do the surgery in Grand Rapids Michigan at Helen DeVos Children's hospital yesterday, Monday May 22nd. A post surgery MRI verified the doctors were able to remove all of the tumor and his brain is making huge progress in healing already. Praise the Lord for that! The tumor was sent to pathology to be tested for the kind of tumor and whether he will need follow up treatment of either radiation and/or chemo. Our family asks everyone to keep our lil nephew in your daily prayers for continued healing and good test results and I will keep this page up to date on his health updates. No amount is too small and any & all will help ease the burden of the doctor bills. From the bottom of our hearts we all thank you for the continuous prayers and thoughtful messages for Eli.
