Philippines Mission Trip

This coming May, I have the opportunity to go on a Mission Trip to the Philippines with my church, Champion Life Centre!
Growing up as a kid in the Philippines, I saw many people who lived in poverty. My family would always tell me then that I should be thankful for the things I have because other kids didn't get to have that. But I never thought too much of it. I was young and naive. I never truly appreciated what I had and took everything for granted.
In the last 10 years, after moving to Canada, I have experienced His love and provision in times of need for my family. I have really seen God's immense favour and blessing over my life.
If He can extend His hands to me, I believe that He can do it to the people of the Philippines too. And it's exciting to be used by God to reflect His love and goodness to those in need!
Mission Compassion is scheduled from May 16-20, 2018
& some of the mission work we will be doing include:
-feeding programs for those living in poverty
-children's programs
-leadership equipping program
The funds that will be raised will all go towards:
-my airfare
-accommodations + food during the mission trip.
