Dude, Where’s My Car?

My car was stolen from inside my garage while I was out of town for work. This happened mid January this year. Unfortunately my roommate was home when this happened...He tried to stop them & received an elbow to the face chipping his front teeth pretty badly. Unfortunately his health insurance doesn’t cover “cosmetic” although this was assault.
The police found my car completely trashed a few weeks later. It was damaged beyond repair plus I lost some makeup & clothing I can’t get back. They explained that it looked like a targeted attack. I have stalkers so I’m worried this may be the case.
They still haven’t found the 2 delinquents.

It took my insurance weeks to get back to me about my car, but they finally did. They totaled my car. Due to a loophole in my “full coverage” insurance (cross state bs), my insurance only paid a portion of what the vehicle was worth. Basically it left me around $5,000 left to pay on my Kia. Which also makes it extremely hard to get another reliable car.
I also no longer feel safe where someone could so easily break in. What if my roommate gets hurt again?? What if something happens to my fur babies ?? What if this really was a targeted attack & I get raped, or killed??! Every time I hear a noise I get paranoid & cant sleep. I’m too afraid to live here anymore. :(
When I approached my leasing office asking for an early release, they told me that they were willing to work with me to an extent. After begging & constant contact for weeks, they finally told me I’d have to pay an extra month’s rent to get out of my lease early with no penalties.
So long story short; I decided to set up this GoFundMe since all my other options have failed me. I need donations to help pay off my car, help towards a new car, help getting out of my lease early, & help my roommate’s teeth.
I hate to admit, but my financial situation was already tight before all this happened & now I’m struggling. If anyone is able and willing to help donate or share this then I would be beyond grateful. I hate to beg, but when everything falls to pieces, we’re forced to turn towards any means.
