My Mission Trip to Jamaica !

Hey, everyone! Over winter break I will be traveling back to Jamaica with my fellow students from Sacred Heart University to participate in a week long mission trip with the Mustard Seed Foundation to serve the people of Jamaica.
Last year I went on vacation with my family to Jamaica to one of the Beaches resorts. To get there though, we had to drive 2 hours through Jamaica to get from the airport to the resort, and the ride there was eye opening. It was hard for me to comprehend that I was there on a luxury vacation while there was a family bathing in the ocean just around the corner. I felt like I was in a fake land that was trying to make it seem like Jamaica was a beautiful prosperous place, but really it is the exact opposite. I promised myself on the drive back to the airport to go home that if I was to return to Jamaica it would never be for vacation again. Now that there is an opportunity for me to return I would be crazy not to jump at the chance, and I was hoping you can help me make that possible.
I am so happy that I have been given this opportunity, but I am going to need some help getting there. The cost for housing and transportation for the trip is $1,850. Any support you can give is so greatly appreciated. You will be bringing me one step closer to helping the community of Kingston, Jamaica. I thank you in advance for your support!!
