PLEASE help me build a Video Studio!
(Update: We've reached our target. But we are pushing the goal 2k forward so as not to discourage anyone who wants to share with us. All funds will go to the Video Studio.)
We must BE Success!
I once crossed a Muslim and Non-Muslim border, one right next to the other. The non-Muslim border had balloons and smiles and hand drawn welcome signs, young girls and boys believing in their country. The MUSLIM border had scum and darkness, they accepted bribes, and manned by older guards whose scowls made permanent creases on their face.
Exactly.
I was 22 and that night I learned a life lesson: no nation is going to accept Islam because we intellectually strong arm them with nothing but debate.
They have to SEE the SUCCESS of Islam manifested ON us!
They have to look at OUR LIVES and say, "I want that! I want to be like these people who call themselves Muslim!"
We are very far from this destination. So we need to start driving to success, full tilt, right now!
I BELIEVE
I believe we MUST raise our standard and be successful DUNYA-wise BECAUSE OF ISLAM! In addition to our Hereafter focus which also needs massive driving effort. We have to be the ones creating jobs. We have to be emotionally fulfilled. We have to be healthy and fit. We have to be EXAMPLES of Islam's transformational power! But who's guiding to this Islamic success in DUNYA realistically speaking? Almost no one.
My MISSION should you wish to accept
I am dedicating myself in the upcoming years to the guidance and push of MUSLIM SUCCESS.
I'm not talking about Fiqh lectures.
I'm talking about campaigns to snap Muslims out of poverty mentality, and return THEIR LIVES to the height of success that our ancestors ruled the world with.
VIDEO COMMUNICATION
For the past days in Madinah Ramadan 2013 I felt inspired to design something for you. Something that would give you an opportunity to share equally in the reward of what we are doing.
We are building a VIDEO STUDIO!
The opportunity: to share in building a completely dedicated Video Studio! This studio will have all the needs of quick online video communication: the backgrounds, the lights, multiple cameras, Teleprompter, and everything we need. We are also renting a room to dedicate to this studio.
All funds will go to this, and extra funds raised will go to future years of rent and expenses.
Please take a share of the reward: In the coming months and years, in sha Allah, I want you to look at all the changes we are making in the Muslim community world wide, by Allah's permission, and say, "I helped fund this Muslim Success transformation back in 2013, alhamdulillah!"
And whether you decide to share in this or not, can I just say 'Jazakum Allahu Khayr for always giving me the gift of your valuable attention. From here in the city of the Prophet, sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam, Ramadan 2013, I want to tell you that I love you for the sake of Allah.'
