Shop Fire

As some of you may know we have been working day and night production medical and Safety related equipment since this all began and today, has been the worst one yet.

A combination of  failures in our laser caused a significant fire in our shop that completely ruined our most-used and most expensive tool in the shop. Insurance will likely cover some of the damage but there will be many more things we will have to eat the cost on and with this machine being down we won't be able to continue our work until we can get everything repaired and replaced.

My estimate as of right now on damage is probably in the 10-15K dollar range.

At this time I don't have confirmation on the insurance claim but I know we have a significant deductible and many hours of labor to cover with some hired help at the very least.

In the current state of the world businesses like ours have been hit hard, and while we have had some fortunate opportunities this couldn't have come at a worse time. 

I'm almost a little bit upset that the damage doesn't look more impressive but in the world of high-tech machines a few hundred degrees is devastating.


We will make it through this like every other one but I think, this time, I need to ask for some help.
