A helping hand

My name is James LaFleur and I'm retired from the Air Force. Now in the military you see a lot of stuff and I can't help but get a teary eyed when I see so many people hurting or in need. I even saw a lot of children in need when I was in college and went over seas to Israel, Jordan, and Greece. It just tore me apart inside to see how they lived and what they had to do to survive. I'm not rich or I would try to help everyone I met with a place to live, food, a job or whatever they needed. I love to help people in any situation or problem they have in life, if I am able to. There are so many people and so many problems out there and these people really need a helping hand. I know this lady who is going through a really tough time right now and could really use a helping hand. Her name is Debbie and she is a really good Christian lady who is going through a really rough time right now and could use a helping hand. She is taking care of 3 teenage girls that are not her own, helping with a blind lady, and helping another elderly couple to help ends meet. The doctor told her that she needed to be in the hospital and that she needs to have a surgery to get her heart condition under control, but things don't help when you have diabetes also, sometimes it complicates things. She is on disability and the amount she gets is not enough. She was diagnosed with CHF and is not suppose to be doing any lifting, any physical exertion, and she is suppose to stay away from stressful situations and try not to stress. All that is easier said than done, at least for this lady. She will do anything for her kids and pretty much any other person that needs help without regards to her own health. She was told that she needed to be in the hospital because her Blood Pressure was too high and that she could be looking at a stroke or heart attack. She can't afford to stop doing the little work she does to make sure that the girls are taken care of and that the bills are going to be paid. She has been stressing over a lot of stuff because she just wonders where she's going to get money for the day to day things like food, electric, a place to live, pay medical bills etc.... Her son would help her out because he loves his mom dearly, but unfortunately when COVID-19 started he lost his job and a place to live. It kills him that he can't help his mom because of what is going on with him. He is just like his mom, take care of other people before worrying about themselves. That characteristic is very hard to find in this world, self sacrifice to help others. I wish I could do more myself to help them out, but unfortunately I have been strapped for cash and I have helped a little but feel like it hasn't done much of anything. I am asking if there are some people out there, kind enough and caring enough to donate some spare change or whatever you have no matter how little it is would be more than appreciated and it would help a lot. I want to thank anyone and everyone who takes the time to read this and lend a helping hand to this
family who really needs a helping hand. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart and theirs. May the Lord bless you and keep you.
