<div>This year, we’re taking part in the Liverpool Santa Dash to raise funds for The Lodge Wellness Centre — supporting free mental health and wellbeing workshops for children, teens, and families.

</div>
<div>At The Lodge Wellness Centre, we believe that everyone deserves a space to find calm, connection, and confidence.
</div>
<div>Established in 2019, The Lodge is a therapeutic hub for mental health and wellbeing, located in the peaceful grounds of St Vincent’s School for the Blind in Liverpool.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We offer a wide range of free and low-cost workshops, therapies, and creative wellbeing sessions that support children, teens, and families. With kindness at the heart of everything we do, we aim to help our community overcome anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma — and find a sense of inner peace.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our inclusive approach welcomes individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. We proudly collaborate with local schools, Liverpool Foster Care Association, community groups and families to make wellbeing accessible to everyone.

<div>What We Do
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We run a variety of free wellbeing activities designed to nurture mental and emotional health, including:
</div>
<div>✨ Children’s and Teen Wellbeing Camps
</div>
<div>✨ Family Meditation &amp; Sound Therapy Days
</div>
<div>✨ Creative Art and Interactive Workshops
</div>
<div>✨ Confidence Building &amp; Self-Development Courses
</div>
<div>✨ Breathwork and Relaxation Classes
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Through creativity, mindfulness and connection, we help young people build confidence, self-esteem, and resilience — while parents and families find time to reconnect, recharge, and grow together.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We offer lots of our own time for free to make this happen and we’re raising money to keep our children’s and family wellbeing workshops free and accessible for everyone who needs them. It will help:
</div>
<div>•   Fund our free community wellbeing days
</div>
<div>   •   Support more children and families facing mental health challenges
</div>
<div>   •   Continue offering safe, therapeutic spaces that inspire healing and hope
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With your help, we can continue spreading kindness, calm and creativity to those who need it most.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>donation — no matter how small — makes a huge difference.
</div>
<div>Together, we can nurture the mental health and wellbeing of our children, families, and community.
</div>
