On Tuesday July 23, 2013 the St. Anthony Parish & School
community learned of the tragic passing of Brandon Flores. Flores was part of St. Anthony High School's
first graduating class, beloved and respected by teachers and students
alike.
"On behalf of the entire school and parish, I would like to express our deep condolences at the loss of this warm, intelligent and outgoing young man," said St. Anthony School President Zeus Rodriguez. "Every life is precious and is a gift from God. We recognize the terrific shock and sadness that comes when such a bright young soul is called home to our Lord. There is nothing we can say that could assuage the loss experienced by the Flores family at this time. Our only hope is to offer some comfort by extending our prayers and the support of our entire community to the Flores family during this difficult time."
The St. Anthony School & Parish communities will host visitation services for Brandon Flores Monday July 29th, 2013 from 8:30a.m. to 10:30a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at 10:30a.m. Services will take place at St. Anthony's Church located at 1711 S. 9th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204. The burial will take place at Forest Home Cemetery immediately following Mass. Forest Home Cemetery is located at: 2405 W. Forest Home Avenue in Milwaukee.
St. Anthony School is accepting free-will gifts and donations for the Flores family to help cover the cost of funeral and burial expenses.
