"The Dream" As a mother and full time caregiver to 2 young children, I understand how it can be stressful to be stuck in your house all day when it's raining outside or how challenging it can be to supervise toddlers at a playground while trying to have a play date. It is important for young children to have a place to go to where they can imagine and grow but it's also important for caregivers to be able to sit down and have an adult conversation or just some peace knowing that they don't have to clean up the mess that their children are currently making. COCO BEANS PLAY CAFE aims to solve this dilemma!

"The Mission" COCO BEANS PLAY CAFE is a caregiver supervised children's play center that offers a series of centers and activities devoted to the physical, emotional and social development of children. We plan to offer a full-scale play structure, pirate ship, play market, an enclosed soft play area for infants, and various other play stations including but not limited to vehicles, dramatic play, and blocks. In addition, we will also offer healthy snacks and beverages for customers. The facility is designed to entertain, exercise and stimulate children while reinforcing good social skills in a group play environment, and giving parents and caregivers a relaxing place to watch their children play.

"Relax" Most importantly, we want COCO BEANS PLAY CAFE to feel like your "home away from home." We will accomplish this through the details. From full sized, fully stocked, super clean changing tables to small potties for your toddlers, we will think of everything that you need to feel comfortable. The space will be sparkling clean and maintained throughout the day and we will have everything that you will need at the cafe to be able to leave home with a light diaper bag! The cafe will, most importantly have coffee! but also offer organic baby food, healthy toddler snacks and drinks, and light snacks and lunches for adults. We will even have a bottle warmer and formula mixer! Seating will be comfortable and abundant so that you can sit close to your child, wherever he or she is playing so you can both relax and enjoy the space!


"Play" is the word at COCO BEANS PLAY CAFE but we also want to be the place that you and your child will go to learn and grow. We will offer classes for children ages 0-5. Each class will provide a literacy component, an art or sensory activity, and some physical release through yoga. As a former teacher, I understand the value of using multisensory techniques to best teach young children. We also want to offer parenting seminars, prenatal and postnatal mommy and baby yoga, and fun events to bring the whole family together. And of course who then wouldn't want to have a birthday party at this awesome facility! Special events and parties will be available nights and weekends.
