Please help Sophia fix her Heart !!!

Sophia was rescued by SOHF in early June. She came to us from a shelter in North Georgia. This precious pup has been diagnosed with a severe (grade 5/6) heart murmur, associated with a congenital heart defect called pulmonic stenosis. Without surgery, Sophia's life expectancy is only 3-5 years. WITH surgery, she should go on to live a normal life span. We have been given a quote of $4500 for the surgery. We set the goal here for $3000, as we hope to raise the rest of the money in cash donations from friends and family.

Sophia is a sweet, adorable girl, and she deserves a chance at a happy, healthy life. Her prognosis is very, very good, should she be able to receive this surgery she so desperately needs. Can you help us help her?
