My name is Janae' Snyder-Stewart, I'm a Junior at Suitland High School, I am also a CVPA member (Center for Visual & Performing Arts Programs) and I have been awarded a once in a life time opportunity. After a strenuous audition, I have been selected to be a member of The Debbie Allen Dance Academy
Debbie Allen Dance Academy, select only exceptional students from around the country to attend an experiential dance program. I have enclosed a sample of our itinerary for your review. As you can see, this will be a powerful experience, enabling me to interact with many prominent men and women whom most of us only read about in the news.
Attending this program will enable me to further my interest in the field of dance and reach my career goals of becoming a Professional Dancer. I maintain a 3.4 GPA, I'm activity as a dancer major. I was recently awarded Outstanding performance and advancement with Capitol Movement PreProfessional Company. Imagine if you had been given this opportunity for a life-changing experience when you were in school and were unable to participate for the lack of funds. That is why I am writing to you today.
My participation with this Dance Academy,depends on whether I can raise $3000.00 in sponsorships. This includes my travel, housing, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Transportation back and forth to the studio. My mother is investing every dollar she can to make sure I don't miss out on this unique experience and I'm also taking this extra mile to raise the funds I need. In addition, through my family, friends and neighbors, I have already raised $100.00.
That leaves me with a balance of $2900.00, and I am hoping that you are willing to consider assisting me with all or some of these costs. My first deposit of fees/tuition $500.00 is needed ASAP to reserve room.
remaining balance must be received no later than June 19, 2015. check in is June 28, 2015.

You have successfully auditioned and been selected to participate in the Debbie Allen Dance Academy Summer Intensive 2015 Program. You will notice that the tuition and housing deposit deadlines are quickly approaching. Please complete the Pre-Registration form and submit your deposits to secure your space in classes and in the dorms this summer. Please see attached form below.
Once you have submitted your deposit, you will be sent additional information and paperwork that we will need to complete your registration process.
