Help with medical expenses

My on line friends know me as "Bear". I have COPD, 61 years old on SSDI, no medical insurance and will not get Medicare until Sept 2014.
In early May ,2013 I was dx with Vulva Cancer. Went to JPS in Fort Worth to have that taken care of. Unfortunately, we do not live in Tarrant County and can not qualify for their JPS Connections.
A routine chest xray prior to surgery found lung cancer. I spent 12 days in the hospital, getting biopsy, MRI and bone scan.
We have pretty much wiped out the little savings we had. I can not even think about pursuing any kind of treatment, as at this point, there seems to be no options available:(
I am on here to see if I can get some help to just help pay our regular monthly bills, medicines, oxygen, doctors visits, rent, gas, food, etc.
I hope to go back to work part time later in August.
Would love to be able to afford to move to Fort Worth where we would qualify for JPS connections, but that is out of the question at this point, the cost of moving may as well be a million dollars. I just want to be able to pay my utilities next month.
I hate that I am doing this, but I don't know enough people to have a bake sale or fund raiser locally. I really don't expect any results from this, but it says its free and at this point, I am a pretty desperate bear.
Even if you don't donate, thank you for reading and please try to prepare yourself for when you get older and break down and no help is available. Its a pretty sad state of affairs.
