Help me sail around the world

Hi,

My names Cameron and for years all I have dreamed about is sailing around the world.

Im a young aspiring 26 year old, born and raised in Derby currently trying to live my dream out in Liverpool.

I watch a ton of sailing youtube channels and literally could not think of anything better than to go sailing round the world.

Ive been working on the Albert Dock for over a year and every single day I look out at the sailboats hoping one day i’ll get there and have my own.

As you know we've all been struggling both financially and mentally over the past few years and i’ve felt that dream slowly fading away. In my current financial situation I don’t think i’d ever be able to afford something like this just yet as bills are ever rising, debts are mounting up. What was once a dream, may never come true. 

I’m looking for people to help me by donating a money for a boat to make my dream become a reality and let my journey begin. Those who want to inspire and watch me grow from a novice having never stepped foot on a sail boat to hopefully an avid young sailer travelling the world.

I would document it through video blogs and social media and take some amazing souls along with me to share the adventure.

I’d love to do something similar to the ‘project drenched’ and ‘untide’ youtube channels. 

Id have to say my favourite youtube channel would be sailing la vagabonde. What an awe inspiring family, an amazing guy sailing around the world with his wife and kids.

Now I don’t know how to sail so i’d have to go on a few sailing corses. I could document the whole thing and we could all pay it forward to the world. 

What could be better than inspiring a young mans dream and getting to see him live it out following along with regular updates.

I don’t currently have a remote job but I would look for one and start a youtube, patreon, tiktok and other social media channels in the hopes of one day generating enough income to fund the adventures and continue to pay it forward and invite others with me on my journey inspiring many generations to follow.

Ive found a boat online for 22,500. She’s a 40ft 7 berth MacArthur sail boat. I'd like to do her up a bit to make her blue water ready, sell off all my belongings and set sail. I know this is completely crazy and probably a stupid idea but I scroll through listings of boats daily in the hope that one day my dream will come true.
