Peyton’s journey to fighting leukemia

Donation protected
What started as an Emergency Room visit on Saturday June 8, 2019 for my niece Jacienne- Peyton, turned into the worst news ever! Doctors orders of all kinds of lab tests and a X-ray, quickly turned into a recommended hospital admission to further investigate exactly what was making our Jacienne-Peyton so sick with flu-like symptoms and a fever that did not want to break. Well into the early morning of Sunday, June 9, 2019, after a few more blood draws, blood work came back to confirm a few things, first we were told that she had anemia “lack of blood”, secondly her CBC (complete blood count) panel results were very concerning, her red blood count and platelets were dangerously low, while her white blood count was abnormal. After more blood draws and tests, doctors confirmed that she had Leukemia. We were then told it would take a 2-3 days to find out what type. On the evening of June 11, 2019, the oncologist explained that Jacienne-Peyton has A.L.L. which stands for Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia, which is a fast growing aggressive cancer of the blood and bone marrow.

No child should have to go through anything like this! It’s so heartbreaking! Went from seeing my niece so full of life, so bubbly with such a huge personality. I’d get videos from my sister of her singing & dancing!
Now she’s just so weak. She just sleeps most of the time. She hasn’t been eating. It hasn’t even been a week since we’ve know. She’s got a long fight ahead!

The news turned our lives upside down, especially my sisters & brother in laws.
I can only imagine how they’re feeling!
They both are working full time but because of all of this they’ve taken off of work to be by Peyton’s side. Peyton is 1 of 5 kids! To top the horrible news of Peyton’s Leukemia, Peyton’s younger sister Jeiliana just got diagnosed with Autism! She’ll need to start her Autism Behavioral Analysis “ABA” program soon too. My sister & my brother in law Art have ALOT on their plate.
I wanted to start this GOFUNDME to get some money saved up for bills. Bills that aren’t even a thoughts right now. We all know how much it costs to live in Hawaii, & with both of them off of work I’d hate for them to stress about bills with everything else going on. So please if you could, please help them out! Anyway you can, anything helps & if you can’t afford to donate please just keep Peyton, her parents & rest of our family in your prayers! Thank you all so much!
