Send me to Camp Joslin diabetes camp

My name is Jeremy and I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of five. I wear an insulin pump and with the help of my parents my diabetes is well controlled. This year for the first time I am willing to go to a summer camp with other children just like me. My family is very supportive; however, they do not truly know what it is like to live with diabetes. That is why I am very excited to attend camp! I will feel like a "normal" child, because I will not be the only one having to check my blood sugars before meals and activities. I want to meet new friends who also have diabetes and can relate to how I feel. Please help me raise the money so that I can attend camp August 4-August 9. Any amount is greatly appreciated. :)
