Rent and food

My name is Elya Sabel and I am currently living in Jerusalem. My father works very hard to support the family, but he barely makes ends meet and it is impossible for him to support me. All I need is money for my rend, food and basic necessitys. Please help me out since I have no income and I sometimes go hungry because I don't have the money to buy food.
