Coy Kreger

Donation protected
On the night of Friday December 13th my fiancé Coy Kreger was struck by a drunk driver on a snowmobile while he was ice fishing with friends. Coy has sustained serious injuries including severe head trauma and multiple fractures to his legs and remains in critical condition. He’s on a ventilator and is receiving recurring CT scans to continue monitoring his head trauma. Coy is a fighter and has shown positive signs over the course of the past couple of days by moving his hands and arms in response to me and his family. While he is showing positive signs, he will have a very long road to recovery. The doctors have indicated that it’s likely he will remain in the hospital for many weeks and months to come.

Coy and I met in April of 2018 and started dating shortly after. It didn’t take long for us to know what we had was special and have been engaged since this past June. We have started building a great life together with our pets and have been planning our wedding for this coming August. Everyone who knows Coy knows his family and friends are an important part of his life, his mother and I want to thank everyone who has been there for him.

We are humbly asking for any support you can provide to Coy, his recovery, and our expenses while we are away from work. While we don’t yet know the extent of the expenses, we do know that we will need help. Please help us increase awareness by sharing this page on Facebook. We greatly appreciate everyone’s support and care. You can continue to monitor Coy’s recovery on his Caring Bridges page.
