<div>Dr. Danielle Ware-Seawright’s life is a testament to resilience. Growing up in Montgomery, Alabama, she beat the odds stacked against her. Danielle graduated from Alabama State University and went on to earn her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

<div>For over 20 years, Danielle built a successful career as a pharmacist and a flight attendant with Southwest Airlines, touching countless lives with her compassion and dedication.
</div>

<div>Sadly, her world was shattered in 2021 when her beloved husband was diagnosed with a sudden terminal illness and passed away shortly thereafter. Her husband was a Career Officer in the United States Navy for 23 years. In 2021, he was unexpectedly diagnosed with Glioblastoma (Stage 4 Brain Cancer), an aggressive, terminal cancer.

<div>The devastating loss took a tremendous toll on Danielle’s mental and emotional health. Since then, she has faced an uphill battle with mental illness, which has made it impossible for her to continue working.

<div>Danielle mysteriously stopped walking in May 2024. While continuing to battle Major Depression and Severe Anxiety Disorder and Agoraphobia, she was diagnosed with a lifelong autoimmune disease. Plus, it was discovered that she has cervical radiculopathy, a bulging disc (L5-S1). From March of 2025, Danielle has undergone 3 spinal surgeries but still has excruciating pain and weakness that prevents her from walking. <strong>Some of the funds will be used for a 4th spinal surgery (SCIS) that insurance will not cover ($32k-50K).</strong>

<div>Now, <strong>Danielle is facing severe financial hardship and the threat of homelessness.</strong> She is desperately trying to relocate back home to Alabama, where she can reunite with her family, receive the mental health care she needs, and begin rebuilding her life.

<div>This has been an incredibly difficult journey from triumph to tragedy, but with your help, Danielle can start a new chapter.
