Dear Friends and Family,
I have been blessed with an opportunity to participate in a 3 week international dance exchange program in Torrence, California in the month of August! This is a huge step towards furthering myself in my dance career as well as growing as an artist and leader in my community! If you didn't know, I recently walked away from the 9-5 corporate job to pursue teaching dance to the youth in DC! I am taking risks and making leaps of faith as I did with applying for this program. I know that with your help and with the grace of God, I can raise the money needed to get me to California! The program includes housing, daily dance training from some of the best teachers/choreographers in the industry as well as seminars on the business aspect of the dance industry. Your financial assistance would contribute to my tuition as well as my flight! Every bit helps and it would mean the world to me to receive your support so that I may be a step closer to my dream. I turn 25 this month... I'm not getting any younger and the time is NOW! I can't afford to sit on a dream any longer. Please help me reach my goal! God Bless!!
