As some of you may already know, my brother, Kenny was laid off from work last January and has been unable to find work. This happens at our age more than you think. Unfortunately he has not had insurance since losing his job.
He has now been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He is in desperate need of a test to determine what kind of treatment can be done. He has applied for disability but until this is approved he cannot afford any tests or treatment. It is critical that this test be done as soon as possible. His wife does work but her hours have been cut to part-time.
We are trying to raise the money for the initial test to see if the cancer can be treated. Anything over what the test is going to cost will be for their living expenses until he can get some assistance.
Any donation at all will be so greatly appreciated.
