Brayden W. Meyers (aka BW) is a 4 year old happy boy who is unable to talk. Brayden was born with holes in his brain that neurologists are unable to explain. Because of the holes Braydens development has been delayed with the most severe being seizures and his lack of speech. Brayden will be going to Cleveland Clinic July 15th to hopefully get better anwers & a new treatment plan.
Brayden goes to speech therapy 2x/week, but the recommendation is 3-4/week. Unfortunately, our insurance will only cover 60 visit per year which means by mid July, we will have to pay out of pocket. We are asking for your help as these appointments will cost approximately $1200.00/month. Brayden desperately needs these appoinments but because my husband and I both work and have private insurance we do not qualify for any additional funding.
We will also have out of pocket expenses for the week long trip to Cleveland.
