Fight with Mike

Hello everyone! I'm relaying this message on behalf of my brother and his loving family.  Mike is a son, a little brother, a big brother, an uncle, a wonderful husband and most importantly a fantastic father to his five-year-old adoptive son named Mason, aka "Champ".  
After a brief respiratory sickness, Mike was diagnosed with Diffuse Large B Cell Gastric Lymphoma and has been hospitalized for the past two weeks in Columbus, Ohio.  He has already undergone the first round of chemotherapy but has suffered some severe complications related to tumor lysis syndrome.  He has received multiple rounds of dialysis and is fighting hard.  We are optimistic because as a family, we know how strong...and stubborn Mike can be.  
We expect five more treatments of chemotherapy over the next six months and we are preparing for this long battle.  The purpose of this post is to relieve a portion of the financial burden that his family will undoubtedly experience.  The graciously donated funds will be properly stewarded for medical expenses associated with his cancer treatments and recovery.
Mike is strong in his faith and we are strong with his fight.  Thank you for your consideration in donating and we appreciate your thoughts and prayers for my brother.
