Help Us Fix Flint!!

Flint has not had an easy life so far. He was originally found with a collar embedded deep into his skin around his entire neck. His neglectful owners probably put a collar on him as a puppy and never upgraded as he started to grow. He is now about 2 years old and his neck is healing nicely thanks to his rescuers! However, we've now discovered that Flint has a fully blown CCL (cruciate ligament-- similar to an ACL in humans) in one knee, and a suspected partial tear in the other. Flint needs this surgery so he can become mobile, adoptable, and not confined to a crate for the rest of his life!! Remember, he's only 2 years old!!
