New Dance Studio Remodel

Dance has been my passion since I was 9 years old. I have owned my dance studio in the same location for nearly 20 years. Recently, a marijuana grower moved in next door. Morally and ethically, I feel the need to relocate, but the odor the new business produces seeps into my studio giving me no choice but to relocate. In a small town with limited places to rent, I have found a new building with better lighting and parking but it needs to be remodeled to become a dance studio. I will need to remove and add walls and build a floor specifically for dance in order to provide a safe environment for my young students. As a business in a small rural town with limited resources, I'm asking for help for the first time ever. I'm asking for the children so they can have a safe place to learn and dance. I'm asking so that parents who financially struggle can keep their children in dance class. Any donation will make a difference and allow me to relocate and continue to teach my passion. Thank you!
