Dominican Aquatic Safety Training

We need your help in stopping preventable drownings in the Dominican Republic. Your donations will help provide training that will save lives. We really appreciate all the help and support we can get :) We have started this gofundme page to help cover some costs associated with a very special humanitarian initiative in the Dominican. Myself, Patrick and our other team members will be volunteering our time to donate all training for free.

My business The Extra Mile- Leadership Training & Consulting, has partnered with a nonprofit from the Dominican called Happy Dolphins. Together, we are going to make some exciting things happen.

Our Mission has 3 primary Goals:

1) Train new lifeguards to make beaches and pools safer while also providing youth with meaningful employment opportunities.

2) Train swim instructors so that there are opportunities for Dominicans to learn to swim. We are specifically excited to train swim instructors for 3 incredible Foundations that provide education, care and life skills to children impacted by severe generational poverty.

3) Train trainers from and based out of the Dominican Republic, so that the Happy Dolphins team can be empowered and completely self-sufficient.
