Annika's 5K Fund-Raiser

Please come help us support Annika on August 24th 2013 for a 5K runwalk at England Acres park located off 1000 North in Tooele Utah. The event will start at 8:00am and end at 11:00am. We will be getting out updated flyers. You should see them all over town.
All donations will go help Annika for medical bills and other expenses accrued. The run/walk will start at 8:00am.
There will be raffle with lots of prizes. The cost for run/walk entry is $15 per person, and $20 per family if purchased in advanced. You can order your tickets here or if not interested in attending the 5K run/walk please make a donation. Will are going to be doing raffle tickets for anyone who wants to donate and can not attend. ( New information raffle tickets are going to be given out along with tickets to the fund raiser.)

In January of 2010, Annika Crump, received the devastating news that she had breast cancer. Since then, she has been fighting hard to be here for her husband and 5 children.
However, medical bills are growing while recent changes in her insurance has resulted in a higher deductible that needs to be met before her insurance will cover the continuing costs of her current chemotherapy treatments.
Recently Annika has been in a lot of pain and went to AZ, where they found 2 tumors in the neck, and numerous small tumors on the brain. She has already completed 10 of her 10 recommended radiation treatments on her neck and head area.
Thanks to her positive attitude, help from conventional and naturopathic doctors and loving support from family and friends.
Annika would like to thank everyone for your support and your continued prayers.
